Safe, documented, and ready for operation
When BV Teknik delivers a machine or production system, it is CE-marked and ready for operation. All documentation is prepared in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and relevant Danish Standards (DS).
When receiving new machines, you will get:
- Risk assessment
- Complete electrical diagram
- Documentation in both printed and digital format
Integration with existing production lines
Production lines must be assessed and CE-marked as a single integrated machine.
We install safety fences and light curtains and integrate them into the control system.
When required, we connect the control systems between individual machines to enhance safety and usability.
